A commercially available JouleCube product is now ready for deployment. Feel free to contact us to view the system.
Bitcoin mining began on home computers but the Bitcoin industry has focused primarily on industrial mining which requires prohibitive capital costs in buildings and energy infrastructure. Industrial mining requires high energy consumption to power and cool traditional mining hardware which produce a lot of noise and waste heat while operating 24/7. These factors have led to the perception of mining being loud and wasteful and expensive.
Our solution brings mining back to its home-based origins repurposing it as a heating element:
The end-users of the JouleCube Max will be the operators of commercial, industrial facilities and building facilities. The end-users of the MiniMine will be homeowners.
We do not anticipate direct-to-consumer sales, we will focus our efforts on business-to-business distribution channels through partnerships with:
- Developers (Real Estate, Multi-Unit Residential, Commercial)
- Residential and Commercial Builders
- Home Renovation companies
- Solar Energy providers
- Wind Energy providers
These partnerships will allow us to focus on selling our systems at scale under standard terms for installation, service, and warranty program.
We expect future partnerships will drive demand for MiniMine, MaxiMine, and our partners' eco-friendly offerings. JoulePort’s environmentally sustainable technology will be integrated into suitable projects, offering a competitive alternative and generating income for end-users. The increased sales should benefit all parties involved.
JoulePort is developing a reseller program and will provide approximately a 10% commission for its product sales under our reseller program.
Applicable components of the JouleCube systems are compliant with CSA standards. The heating component is a computerized heating module working in immersion technology making the heat transfer extremely efficient. A certified independent engineering review of the JouleCube components will be completed shortly.
We are currently working with engineering certification firms in Canada and the US to obtain green certification for the system. By utilizing green energy components we can meet and or exceed government requirements for the JouleCube ystems. We believe the systems will meet government requirements to qualify as an eco-friendly energy efficient home or business energy upgrade.
The JouleCube Max is already eligible under the Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction Regulation of Alberta as below:
Our specific grants will include Combined Heat and Power (CHP - Page 24) that provide $850 per KW or up to 50% of the project cost.

Our JouleCube Max system, integrating seamlessly with solar power, would qualify for the 30% Clean Energy Investment Tax Credit and zero/low-interest financing options through the Solar Grants program in the Federal Budget.
Government funding, such as the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act and Canadian Greener Home Initiative, makes grants and tax credits available to manufacturers and consumers for purchase of energy efficient products and those helping to transition away from fossil fuels. We are currently reaching out to grant consulting application firms to apply for grants and tax credits and rebates from relevant government agencies. Homeowner grants, tax incentive and credits may reduce energy production cost by 30 to 50% in the aggregate.
Our heating systems use computerized heating modules that allows us to control them directly. JoulePort plans to use artificial intelligence tools to monitor various aspects of the system, such as energy consumption, heat flow, and household or commercial building habits. AI tools will help optimize the system for better environmental performance and lower energy use.
